Product Information

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, images and specifications are accurate. Due to the nature of recycled materials and printing processes, slight variations in colour, texture or finish may occur.

Supply Model

Outside The Box Caskets products are supplied through authorised funeral directors and stockists. We do not sell directly to the public. Pricing, ordering and service arrangements are handled by the funeral provider or stockist you choose to work with.

Custom Printed Caskets

Where custom printed designs are arranged through a funeral director or stockist, final artwork approval is required prior to production. Once artwork has been approved and production has commenced, custom products cannot be cancelled or altered unless faulty under New Zealand consumer law.

Responsibility for confirming artwork details rests with the approving party prior to production.

Intellectual Property

All designs, product profiles, branding, images, text and website content are the intellectual property of Outside The Box Caskets and are protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Our signature curved lid profile is a registered design. No content may be reproduced, copied, adapted or distributed without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Outside The Box Caskets is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of this website or our products once supplied through funeral directors or stockists.

Nothing in these terms limits rights available under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
